Our local White Flag program guarantees homeless individuals a warm bed on nights when the temperature dips below freezing, even if our night shelters are at capacity.

Evansville Rescue Mission and United Caring Services work with the city to protect homeless (or heatless) residents from the cold.

White Flag is a great example of commission members working together to care for area homeless.
